Lynda Sutton, Chief Executive Officer
Lynda Sutton, B.S., has more than 22 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with special expertise in regulatory strategies and regulatory compliance requirements. Ms. Sutton is co-founder of Cato Research and serves as its Chief Executive Regulatory Officer. She also serves in senior management and Director roles for several Cato BioVentures portfolio companies, including Cancer Advances and Nutritional Restart Pharmaceuticals.

Allen Cato, President
Allen Cato, M.D., Ph.D., has more than 30 years of experience in clinical research and new drug development. He has directed or participated in the development of more than 100 INDs and NDAs. His areas of expertise include: clinical pharmacokinetics; biostatistics; drug surveillance; pharmacoepidemiology; adverse drug reactions; clinical study design; regulatory interactions; pulmonary and pediatric medicine; and clinical research and development. Dr. Cato is also the co-founder, CEO and President of Cato Research and co-founder and Principal of Cato BioVentures.
